Ground up development of a 7 story, luxury residential building on the last remaining plot surrounding the famous Jardim da Estrela in Lisbon, Portugal. The building used local materials, stone and wood, with the main structure planned to be developed in cross laminated timber (CLT) to ensure a significantly reduced carbon footprint. Post approval, the project was sold to a private buyer to be developed into a home. Listing.
